Yes, we take food allergies seriously. If you have any allergies, please clearly mention them in your order notes or message us in advance. We’ll confirm if we can safely accommodate your needs for that particular meal.

Orders must be placed at least one day in advance to ensure we prepare and deliver your meal fresh. Same-day orders are not accepted to maintain quality and timely service.

Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds or credits will not be issued for late cancellations or missed deliveries. Please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp.
