Can I customize my tiffin?
While we offer a set menu that changes weekly, we do our best to accommodate simple preferences or dietary needs. Please mention any requests while placing your order, and we’ll let you know if customization is possible that day.
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes, we take food allergies seriously. If you have any allergies, please clearly mention them in your order notes or message us in advance. We’ll confirm if we can safely accommodate your needs for that particular meal.
When should I place an order?
Orders must be placed at least one day in advance to ensure we prepare and deliver your meal fresh. Same-day orders are not accepted to maintain quality and timely service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds or credits will not be issued for late cancellations or missed deliveries. Please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp.
